Our Policy 

Arrival and Departure:

Your caravan will be available from noon on the day of your booking. You will be required to leave the caravan by 2pm on your day of departure. 


Cancellation Policy:

Please note: Your 20% deposit is non-refundable.


6 weeks prior to your booking, the total balance of your stay is due.(We will remind you leading up to this date.)

If you no longer wish to continue with the booking, or fail to make the payment deadline, your reservation will be remarketed and your deposit will be retained. 


If you have paid for your reservation in full and wish to cancel 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded 80% of the total booking value.


If you wish to cancel the booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date and you have paid the full balance, no refund can be issued.

Terms of Care and Use:


We very much hope you enjoy your stay. We take great care in choosing, upgrading and maintaining our caravan rentals. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday and having a great time, we would very much appreciate your consideration of the caravan and its contents and treat it as if it is your own through the duration of your stay. 


If you have paid to have your pet accompany you on your getaway, it is fully your responsibility to ensure no damages are incurred due to your pets stay. The owners reserve the right to pursue damages to repair any inflicted disfigurement or destruction of the property/property's contents


Blatant disregard and misuse of our property is not permitted and damages will be pursued should the owners feel necessary 


Polite Notice: We wish you to have the most enjoyment during your stay, and we hope you would want to return in the future we politely ask, to consider our neighbours, other guests and residents of the park throughout your stay. Excessive music, noise and disorderly conduct may result in the site/owners taking action and your stay could be terminated with no refund given. 


Troubles with your stay 

If you encounter any problems, issues or concerns regarding the caravan, its contents or your stay on site, do not hesitate to use the contact methods supplied to you in your booking confirmation and also in the guest information pack placed on the dining table in the caravan.


Site Facilities

Be aware that site passes and site facilities are not included in booking one of our caravans. Site passes can be purchased at the Site’s reception if relevant and convenient for yourself. 



You will be ask to provide one registration plate to gain access to the site and this will remain active through the duration of your stay. Parking is restricted to one vehicle per caravan.



The owners of the caravan can not be held responsible for any of the site facilities/attraction not being available during your stay. Whilst the owners will always wish to help in any grievance it is the responsibility of Parkdean Resorts, to provide and maintain the facilities and attractions they offer. 

Theft and Malicious Damage

The owners can not accept any responsibility for theft or damage to guests’ personal property during your stay.
